A Simple Way to Support the Men You Love. Let’s Prioritize Prostate & Bladder Health, Together.
Every year on International Men’s Day, we are reminded of how much men contribute to our families, workplaces, and communities, and how often their own health is quietly pushed aside.
There’s one health issue many older dads face, but often don’t talk about. It’s just as common as diabetes or high blood pressure: urinary health.
Urinary problems like overactive bladder or incontinence become more common after age 45. And BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) is especially widespread, affecting almost half of men by age 60, and over 80% by age 70.
Urinary changes such as weak flow, hesitancy, straining, or waking multiple times at night can be early signs of BPH or other lower urinary tract conditions.Yet many men minimize symptoms, normalize inconvenience, or avoid clinical visits out of uncertainty, embarrassment, or fear.
Early awareness is not about alarm. It’s about empowerment. When men understand what is happening with their urinary health, they are far more likely to take action, seek evaluation, and access appropriate care.
Help check quietly, and privately
To support early detection and awareness, try out proudP to discreetly, comfortably, and without hardware, measure your urine flow.

Results appear on a 4-point scale:
OK, Fair, Weak, Very Weak
Find out if your flow is smooth or if you're having trouble with objective results.
We would be grateful for your support in sharing this opportunity with your community and patients.
